I need HELP with ordering.

We are anxious to help in any way we can.
Occasionally, a nasty glitch will occur. It's not a happy time if it happens to you. Sometimes the server takes a short nap, very rarely our shopping basket chokes on itself. Occasionally there are network outages on the Internet. Like all web sites, we're dependent on several nodes on the Internet infrastructure. These mechanical problems are beyond our control.... and we tear our hair out when it happens. It doesn't happen very often but if you do encounter a problem, and if you'd like to order immediately, you can link to a faxable order form . Please print it out, manually fill in and fax to us. In any event, please us. We will find a way to help and solve the problem.

I clicked on the Add to Cart Button and got no response.

If you click on the Order button and get no response, it is probably because you can't connect securely to our server.

As a test, try going to https://www.microsoft.com. If you can't connect securely to Microsoft either, then

• You have a very, very old browser, in which case you should upgrade.
  
  
• Or you are behind a corporate firewall that won't allow secure connections. Ask your network administrator to fix it, or order from home.

I need HELP with downloading.

If you encounter a problem with downloading, please review the instructions at the download url. If you're on a PC, make sure you go to the PC instructions for the browser you are using. If you're on a Mac, go to the browser instructions for the browser you are using.

Mac users: Make sure you hold down on the download link. This works for most browsers. In some cases, you may need to wait until you see the download message. Other browsers may require that you hold down the control button when you click on the dowload link.

How do you pay for a book?

You may pay by credit card, check or money order in US Dollars. This site is equipped with a shopping cart system that will let you purchase with your credit card and download in seconds. After you put a book in the shopping cart you will fill out the basic information (such as your email address for delivery instructions). After your credit card clears the security system, you will be available to download immediately

How is the book delivered?

If you ordered a book on a CD, we ship within 48 hours.

If you ordered the downloadable version of a Color Voodoo eBook, you will receive an email with a link for the download immediately (or a few minutes) after your puchase is authorized. NOTE: This link is good for 24 hours.
